pre-construction

Our pre-construction services are available from the onset of your project, but typically commence once project viability has been established. We assess traffic routes to site to identify potential restrictions and their impact on construction costs. Collaborating closely with your design and commercial teams, we offer value engineering advice from a construction perspective, as well as programming and tender review support to optimise your projects planing and efficiency and alternately profitability.

project Management

Our project management services are versatile and tailored to your unique needs. We can oversee the entire project from the client perspective or collaborate directly with the principle contractor to provide contract management, project management, or site management roles. Our service can be engaged on a part-time basis throughout the contract duration or for short term assignments such as holiday or training coverage, ensuring your project runs smoothly and efficiently.
